  • We are specialists in bespoke control systems. We provide a comprehensive service and have extensive experience of all the major PLC types including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Telemecanique, Omron. SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) systems can also be incorporated into new designs or retrofitted onto existing systems.
  • Our vast experience of System Design, Control Panel Build, Software Programming, Electrical Installation and Commissioning benefits all of our customers. We deliver controls from simple single drive conveyors to the most complex system layouts and applications, always utilising the most cost effective technology for the task.

    All of the elements that we complete on your project are fully documented throughout. Our first project task would be to compile a detailed System Requirement or Functional Design Specification. This enables us to then proceed with the detailed design. You will also receive an Electrical General Arrangement Drawing, Control Panel Electrical Schematics, Electrical Installation Cable Schedule and Electrical Test Results to the latest IEE Regulations. We also take care and the time to handover and train your operatives/technicians, again, all backed up with the necessary technical documentation.

    Conveyor Systems Ltd have demonstrated their expertise in interfacing and integrating equipment. Our Electrical Controls expertise has provided facilities for new or existing systems from manual, or fully automatic operations, incorporating any or all of the following:
